5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Jewelry Orders:
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking will be provided.

Cupcake Orders:
Cupcakes are made to order for local pickup or delivery (based on availability). Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or postal service disruptions.

6. Returns & Refunds

Jewelry:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Cupcakes:
Due to their perishable nature, all cupcake orders are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make every effort to resolve it.

7. Shipping Policy

Jewelry orders are shipped via USPS (or other specified carrier). Delivery times vary based on destination. Claudia’s is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”

Cupcake orders are pickup/delivery only within the local area (no shipping).

8. Privacy

All customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information. Payment information is processed securely through third-party gateways.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, product photos, descriptions, and designs, are the property of Claudia’s Cupcakes & Jewelry and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
