Shipping Policy
Jewelry Orders:
All jewelry items are carefully handcrafted and typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Cupcake Orders:
At this time, cupcakes are available for local pick-up or delivery only. We do not ship baked goods due to quality and freshness concerns. Once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted to arrange pick-up or delivery details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Jewelry Returns:
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
Custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Cupcake Orders:
Due to the perishable nature of our cupcakes, all sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
